Who does what?

Things that we ask you to do

·        Choose your venue and arrange hire of a room if required (please ensure that there are

 sufficient tables and chairs to accommodate your guests with space to play and dance).

·        Choose your guest list and forward your invites well in advance to enable us to ensure

that all guests are catered for (e.g. enough party bags or time allowed for face painting).

·        Obtain parental consents when required for activities such as applying

·        cosmetics/face painting.

·        Arrange your party food if being served

·        Ensure pets are removed from the party venue for the duration of the party.

·        Most of all – ‘RELAX AND LET US DO THE REST!!’

• We help you to plan your party

• We fully entertain the children

·        Decorate the party room (A Perfect Party Fairy Service)

·        Provide your party supplies from balloons to themed party tableware.

·        Supply Pre-filled Party Bags. (See A Perfect Party Bag)

·        Add  a Piñata and extra themed games

·        Add a Craft Activity
