1.     How far in advance will I need to book?

With as much notice as possible! – Please contact us for available slots.

 

2.     How can I book?

Please email perfect.party@btinternet.com or call us on 05601 378981 to discuss your party requirements.

 

3. What deposit do you require?

We ask for £40 to secure the date and time. We will also ask for payment of party extras such as party bags at the time of booking. The remaining balance is calculated when final guest numbers are known and your final invoice will be raised (guest numbers are usually asked for 14 days prior to your party).

 

4.     How can I pay?

We accept credit cards and debit cards using PayPal or                         cheques, postal orders or BACS transfers. If settling your final balance on the day of your party we politely ask for this to be paid in cash.

  

5.     I don’t see the party theme I want - can you still help?

 Yes we cater for bespoke events simply contact us.

 

6.     Should I book the venue or you first?

We suggest you get several options on dates and times either from ourselves or your venue and then we can work together to make a mutually convenient booking.

 

7.     What party times have you available?

We are very flexible but as a guide we suggest younger children are at their best between 10am and 1pm. So 10.30am-12.30pm or 11am-1pm would be good. Afternoon parties can be booked from 3-5pm or 4-6pm or Spa Pamper/Sweet 16  Parties can be later simply contact us.

 

8.     Do you offer a catering service?

No we are not caterers however, we can suggest a few should you be looking for one.

 

9.     Have you a party venue that I can book?

No we come to your chosen venue. Venue finding service coming soon – in the meantime please contact us for some suggestions in your local area.

 

10. How long will I need to hire the venue for?

We suggest a minimum of 1 hour prior to your party start time and at least 45 minutes to clear away afterwards.
